To request access to the CAPcargo portal please email RLQueries@ahg.com.au

CAPcargo is the Transport Management System (TMS) used by AHG Refrigerated Logistics and provides a consistent experience across each of our brands. The CAPcargo portal allows our customers to:

  • Submit Transport orders.
  • Obtain Consignment notes.
  • Obtain Pallet labels.
  • View Proof of Delivery notices.
  • Retrieve Invoices.

MELBOURNE CUP WEEK TRAIN SERVICES
Please refer the below detail from Pacific National in regards to train services during Melbourne Cup week.

‘6PM7 rail service will be cancelled Ex Perth on Friday 9 November due to 4MP7 being cancelled Ex Melbourne on cup day. All Express loading Ex Melbourne will arrive on 3MP5 into Perth Friday morning. 0700 FA. 6PM6 will be the only Melbourne/ Adelaide train out on the Friday.’

Effectively there will be no express train Ex Melbourne on Tuesday 6 November resulting in no express service Ex Perth on Friday 9 November as well. We will endeavour to load on the 6PM6 (Tuesday arrival) but our request for extra slots has already been put on hold and availability on that service is limited.

We ask that deliveries into Melbourne be booked for Wednesday 14 November and Adelaide be booked for Tuesday 13 November.

Please feel free to contact your local customer service team for ETA or status updates on orders that may be affected during this period either being despatched or received from Perth.
